Welcome to AmmoBase.com. By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Who We Are

These Terms are between you and Ammo Base LLC d/b/a AmmoBase (“AmmoBase,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), located at 500 E Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301. “You” means the Site visitor, account holder, or purchaser. “Manufacturer” (or “Vendor”) means a third-party manufacturer that lists products and fulfills orders placed through the Site.

Eligibility

• You must be 18+ to use the Site.
  
  
• You must be 21+ (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction) to purchase ammunition and you must not be a prohibited person under federal, state, or local law.
  
  
• By using the Site, you represent and warrant you meet all eligibility and legal requirements.

Nature of the Service (Marketplace)

AmmoBase operates a marketplace platform that connects customers with participating Manufacturers. Manufacturers list products, set pricing, and fulfill and ship orders directly. In many cases, the Manufacturer is the seller/merchant of record. AmmoBase may facilitate payment and customer service but does not take title to goods and does not manufacture ammunition.

Changes to the Site or Terms

Content, features, and these Terms may change at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Site Content & Information

The content on the Site is for general information. While we strive for accuracy, information (including pricing, availability, specs, lead times) may be updated, delayed, or contain errors. We make no warranty as to completeness, timeliness, or suitability for a particular purpose. Your reliance on any content is at your own risk.

Accounts

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for any reason, including policy violations, suspected fraud, or abuse.

Orders, Cancellations, Returns

• Order flow. When you place an order, AmmoBase relays it to the relevant Manufacturer for fulfillment. Orders are subject to acceptance by the Manufacturer and to inventory and compliance checks.
  
  
• Cancellations. We can modify or cancel an order only before it enters fulfillment. Once a label is created or the package is tendered to the carrier, cancellation may not be possible.
  
  
• Final sale. For safety and regulatory reasons, ammunition is final sale. Once an order leaves a fulfillment facility, it is not eligible for returns or refunds. See our separate Returns & Refunds policy for details.
  
  
• Damaged/incorrect. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support promptly as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Do not return ammunition without written authorization—unauthorized returns will be refused.
  
  

Shipping & Delivery

• Ammunition ships ground service only per carrier and hazmat rules (no air/overnight). Adult signature may be required where applicable.
  
  
• Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier volume, and origin/ destination can affect transit times.
  
  
• You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, deliverable address. Refused/undeliverable shipments are not eligible for refunds.
  
  
• Some jurisdictions require delivery to an FFL or specific documentation. If requested, you agree to provide required documentation in a timely manner.
  
  

Compliance & Your Responsibilities

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, municipal, tribal, and local laws and regulations, including age restrictions, prohibited-person rules, and any licensing or documentation requirements. You certify you are purchasing for lawful purposes only and will not use the Site for any illegal activity.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Violate any law or infringe others’ rights;
  
  
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or engage in abusive conduct;
  
  
• Interfere with Site security or operation;
  
  
• Scrape, harvest, or crawl the Site, or access the Site via bots, spiders, or automated tools without our prior written consent (including repeated auto-refresh tools intended to collect data);
  
  
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the Site’s source code;
  
  
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or eligibility.
  
  

Reviews & Community Guidelines

We welcome fair, factual feedback. We may remove reviews or responses that:

• Contain libel, defamation, threats, harassment, hate speech, or profanity;
  
  
• Make unsubstantiated legal accusations (e.g., “fraud,” “scam”) without judicial findings;
  
  
• Disclose private information (addresses, emails, phone numbers) of others;
  
  
• Include malware, phishing, or unsafe links;
  
  
• Are posted by the Manufacturer or its agents posing as customers;
  
  
• Are incentivized (e.g., payment, discounts) in exchange for a review.
  Manufacturers listed on the marketplace agree that users may publicly rate and review their business and that AmmoBase may provide rebuttal functionality and moderation consistent with these guidelines.
  
  

AI-Assisted Content Notice

We may use AI/LLM tools to help summarize reviews or generate descriptive copy. These outputs may contain inaccuracies. If something appears incorrect, please contact us; we will review and, if appropriate, revise the content.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (design, text, graphics, logos, data compilations, and software) are owned by or licensed to AmmoBase and are protected by intellectual property laws. All trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Except as permitted by these Terms, reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

Data Use; Anti-Scraping

The aggregated content and data on the Site are proprietary. You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically collect Site data in an automated manner without express written permission from AmmoBase. We may employ technical and legal measures to prevent and remedy unauthorized use.

Manufacturers; Fees

Manufacturers listing products are subject to our Manufacturer/Vendor Agreement (separate terms). Commissions, fees, listing requirements, and data feeds are governed by that agreement. AmmoBase reserves the right to suspend listings for non-compliance, non-payment, or policy violations.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites for convenience and information. Links do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

Disclaimers

THE SITE, SERVICES, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMMOBASE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AMMOBASE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE ORDER OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AmmoBase and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

Severability; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable supplemental policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and AmmoBase regarding the Site.
