Final-sale policy
For safety and regulatory reasons, all ammunition sales are final. Once an order has left a fulfillment facility and been transferred to the carrier, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

Order changes and cancellations
We can modify or cancel an order only before it enters fulfillment. If you need to make a change, contact support@AmmoBase.com immediately with your order number. Once a shipping label is created or the package is picked up by the carrier, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your shipment arrives damaged, appears defective, or the wrong item was received, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery scan or expected delivery date. Include your order number, photos of the outer box, internal packing, carrier label, and the product in question. We will work with the fulfilling manufacturer and the carrier to resolve the issue. Resolutions may include a replacement shipment or a credit at our discretion. Do not ship ammunition back; any return shipment of ammunition must be pre-authorized in writing and will be refused if sent without authorization.

Lost shipments and carrier issues
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or indicates delivery you did not receive, notify us within 5 business days. We will initiate a carrier trace or claim. Carrier investigations typically must conclude before any remedy is issued. Packages marked delivered but missing may require a police report or carrier affidavit.

Refused, undeliverable, or address errors
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and deliverable. Orders refused at delivery, returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier are not eligible for refunds. If a package is returned to sender, we can arrange a reshipment to an updated address; additional shipping charges will apply.

Compliance and age verification
By purchasing, you certify you meet all federal, state, and local requirements, including age restrictions. Orders that cannot be completed due to compliance or documentation issues after fulfillment begins are not eligible for refunds. If documentation (such as ID or FFL information) is requested and not provided in time, the order may be cancelled before shipment with applicable processing fees.

Chargebacks
To prevent delays, contact us first at support@AmmoBase.com if there is any issue with your order. Unauthorized chargebacks on final-sale ammunition may be disputed with the processor and carrier records.
